Our Story
Sanctuary Retreats was born out of a simple but powerful observation: beauty products made for us are rarely made by us. Walk into any pharmacy, supermarket, or beauty store in Nepal, and you’ll find shelves full of imported products — creams, cleansers, and serums formulated for skin types that are nothing like ours. Products designed for different climates. Different tones. Different needs.
We decided to change that. Sanctuary Retreats is a Nepali company with one clear mission: to create and bring to market beauty and personal care products that are genuinely designed for South Asian skin — honest in their ingredients, serious in their science, and deeply respectful of the people who use them. We are based in Khumaltar, Lalitpur, Nepal. We are part of The Promised Group. And we are just getting started.
What We Do
Sanctuary Retreats develops, imports, and distributes beauty and personal care products for the South Asian consumer. Everything we bring to market goes through a process of careful selection, quality checking, and brand development — so that when a product reaches your hands, it has earned the right to be there.
